Food catch-up

I’ve been writing this in my calendar all week, so I thought I would gather the info here. For posterity. Or my posterior. One or the other.

    Sunday, Feb 19:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, coffee
  • Lunch: tuna salad on spinach, saltines, sesame seeds, water
  • Snack: nutrition bar that Don gave me
  • Supper: stir fry chicken and 5 Ritz
    Monday, Feb 20:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, coffee
  • Snack: Nutrition bar + carrots
  • Lunch: tuna salad on spinach, saltines, sesame seeds, water
  • Supper: tilapia and sweet potato
    Tuesday, Feb 21:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, coffee
  • Snack: Nutrition bar + sunflower seeds
  • Lunch: tuna salad on spinach, saltines, sesame seeds, water
  • Snack: Orange
  • Supper: Ranch burger(no bun)
    Wednesday, Feb 22:

  • Breakfast: coffee
  • Lunch: bacon + lettuce&tomato salad with ranch dressing, coffee, Cutie(Irene’s)
  • Supper: burger (no bun)
  • Snack: yogurt
    Thursday, Feb 23:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, coffee
  • Lunch: fajitas (no bread or cheese), grapes
  • Supper: tilapia and sweet potato
    Friday, Feb 24:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, coffee
  • Snack: Envy apple, sunflower seeds
  • Lunch: stir fry chicken salad, saltines, sesame seeds, water
  • Snack: nutrition bar
  • Supper: tilapia and sweet potato

Maybe when I go back and try to decipher what I’ve eaten, I will be able to read it now! And I’ll try to post daily… but no promises.
